SAS piles with prestressing tendons are used due to the soft soil layers (soft marine clay) at depths of up to approximately 57 meters. Temporarily, SAS piles are used for buoyancy safety (tension piles) and permanently as foundation piles (compression piles). With a total length of up to 70 meters, the SAS piles are quickly, easily, and securely coupled on-site using individual sections of 11.80 meters, with couplings and retaining nuts.

Scope of delivery:

1,300 tons of prestressing steel SAS 950/1050 Ø 32 mm
with couplings and retaining nuts.
