Dancing Towers

The high-strength threaded steels SAS 670/800 were used for the cast-in-place concrete inner columns and precast edge columns of the high-rise building (building height approx. 90 m). The entire longitudinal reinforcement was uniformly executed in the high-strength threaded steel SAS 670/800.

For the cast-in-place columns, the reinforcement joints were made using contact couplers. The butt joint of the precast edge columns was grouted with high-strength mortar. The reinforcement ratio of the columns is a maximum of 13%. The large bar diameters, up to 57 mm, enable excellent reinforcement placement despite the high reinforcement ratio.
