Following the idea of a lightweight and transparent structure, the SAS prestressing systems anchor the vertical loads from the steel guy wires and the roof structure into the foundation blocks.
Opened on January 29, 2012, the National Stadium in Warsaw hosted a total of five matches of the UEFA Euro 2012, including the opening match.
ATM Sp. z o.o., as a specialist company qualified by SAH in Poland, supplied, installed, and prestressed 692 pieces of SAS 950/1050 Ø 40 prestressing tendons without bond, in accordance with the European Technical Approval ETA-05/0122.
