Due to the high dynamic loads of the Capital Gate Tower, the load-bearing walls of the building are reinforced and prestressed with SAS prestressing bars 835/1035. Conventional reinforcement bars are effectively replaced by SAS prestressing bars due to their high load-bearing capacities, while simultaneously reducing the number of required reinforcement bars. The 35 floors of the Capital Gate Tower – with a total area of 50,000 m² – are used as office spaces and a hotel.
