"I decided to train as a material tester at the Stahlwerk Annahütte Company, because the job is both challenging and multifaceted. Immediately after finishing my training I began Bachelor of Engineering studies which combines economics and technology and is very practice-oriented. In this way I can deepen and extend the skills I acquired during my training."

Konrad Kern, Elektroniker Betriebstechnik / state-approved electrical engineer for process automation and energy engineering

"Already during my training period in the Stahlwerk Annahütte, I wanted to continue my apprenticeship. I have decided to take a further education as a state-approved electrical engineer for process automation and energy engineering. In consultation with the Stahlwerk Annahütte, I carried out the further training in the course of my career, and the Stahlwerk Annahütte fully supported me. After completing my advanced training I was able to take over a new field of work in the company, where I can further deepen my acquired knowledge and gain experience."
